About me

I am currently a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer in psychology at the University of Basel, Switzerland where I am PI of a project funded by the University of Basel for over 75,000 CHF entitled "A neurophysiological comparison of inhibition while sitting, standing, and walking." I simultaneously lead the Cognitive and Motor Development (CoMoDe) research group. You can read more about these projects here. Collectively, we aim to understand the contributions of motor skills and cognitive processing within the dual-task framework.

I am a psychological researcher and instructor of human cognition, behavior, motor skills, and development. Through multimodal approaches, I aim to understand how human movement and thought are connected across the lifespan. I am particularly interested in connecting my research to real-world support and improvement of the understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions such as Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD; Dyspraxia), and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
