Teaching & Supervision
In my teaching, I aim to promote long-term learning and engage students in each lesson through interactions, discussion, reflections, critical thinking, and multimedia learning. It is important students can make connections between the course content and real-world phenomena in my courses.
In addition, I take an active and open approach to student supervision, promoting strengths of students and encouraging them to embrace the research process. As of May 2024, I have supervised over 13 undergraduate thesis projects, 8 master thesis projects, 4 research internships, and 1 research assistant. In addition, I have actively collaborated with and co-supervised 2 PhD students.
